How your plans reach you
Planbarn sells digital construction drawings. Nothing is posted or couriered, so there is no shipping, no delivery address and no delivery charge. Your plan set is delivered electronically the moment your payment clears.
When you receive it
Immediately. As soon as Stripe confirms your payment, your download link is generated and emailed to the address you entered at checkout. In almost every case this arrives within a minute or two. Nothing is held for review and there is no waiting period.
What you receive
A download link to the plan set in the package you selected on the product page. Each product page lists exactly which sheets are included in that set, so you can check before you buy.
If your download does not arrive
- Check the spam or promotions folder in the mailbox you used at checkout.
- Confirm the email address on your order is spelled correctly.
- If it still has not arrived, email us with your order number and we will resend it straight away.
A download link that does not work is our problem to fix, not yours, and we will repair or resend it at no cost regardless of how much time has passed.
Re-downloading later
Keep the confirmation email. If you lose your files, contact us with your order number and we will reissue the link.
International orders
Because delivery is electronic, we supply customers anywhere. There are no customs charges, import duties or delivery delays of any kind.
